Yes, we can ship your order via express on request (if applicable), but we can't guarantee a delivery date as deliveries are handled by a third party courier. Please reach out to the support team via WhatsApp to place the request.

The OTP is a standard security step on our prepaid orders and can't be removed, and international numbers can't receive it, so please use an Indian number while placing your order.

No, we currently ship only within India.

A ₹150 return fee is deducted from your refund on returns. We combine requests from the same order so the fee applies once per order, but items from two different orders are charged separately. 

Yes, but after the one exchange, any further return is issued as store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are initiated once your return reaches our warehouse and is inspected. Once initiated, it takes 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account. Please note that any discounted amount is not refunded back to source.

If it costs more, you pay the difference while booking your exchange, and if it costs less, the difference is issued to you as store credit. 

Please note that the discount applied to your original order does not carry over to the exchange order. 

We offer sizes from XS-XL.However, sizing varies by style, some pieces are true to size, while others are designed to fit snugger or more relaxed. Please check the chart for the specific product.

It depends on the style. Some have removable pads, some have stitched pads, and some have inbuilt cups, and the product page mentions which one applies.

No, only one code can be applied per order, and a credit note and a discount code can't be used together.

Enter your credit note code in the "Coupons and Offers" section at checkout while logged in with your registered email, and the amount is deducted automatically. It's valid for 1 year from the date of issue and works on our website only.

Gift cards are e-gift cards sent by email. Choose "send as a gift" when buying and add the recipient's details. To redeem, select the gift card option at checkout and enter the code.
