RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Size issues? Damage issues? Changed your mind last minute? Don’t worry, we’ve all been there. Say hello to easy, breezy exchanges and returns with Bird Eye.

  • You may initiate an exchange or a return within 15 days of receiving your purchase. 
  • To be eligible for an exchange or return, your products must be in the same condition that you received them–unworn and unwashed, with the tags still attached. They must be in their original packaging, and you’ll also require your receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • We will investigate the returned/exchanged product before accepting or rejecting your request. 
  • Refunds for returns will be processed within 5-7 working days. The amount for the refund will be credited back to the original source of payment. However, if it is a COD transaction, please provide your bank details or UPI ID in the email.

If you are unable to ship the products back to us we can arrange for a pick up. Charges for the same would be Rs.100

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception. Do not accept an item if it isn’t properly sealed or packaged. Contact us at +91 9076009990 immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
