Bird Eye Return & Exchange Policy
Size Issues? Damage Issues? Changed your mind last minute?
Don't worry, we've got you covered. Bird Eye makes returns and exchanges simple, transparent and easy, subject to the terms of this Policy.
We offer exchanges and returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return request has been accepted by our team after verification, you will receive a notification on your registered email, and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24 - 48 hours, subject to serviceability and location.

EXCHANGE POLICY

One-Time Free Exchange
- Each order is eligible for one free size or product exchange.
- Once the original item is collected from you, we will dispatch the exchanged items, subject to availability, from the warehouse.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and free from stains, perfume, make up or deodorant marks. Tags and packaging must be intact.
Availability
- Exchanges are subject to stock. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
After Your Exchange
- If you wish to return or exchange an item after your first exchange has been completed, a refund or credit will be issued only as store credit.
- You will need to place a new order for any replacement product.
Example: If you exchanged a legging and later want to return it, you will receive store credit equivalent to the item's value, which can be used on a new order.
Discount Clause
- Any discounts applied to the original purchase will not be carried forward to exchanged items. The exchange will be billed at the full price of the new item.
Price Difference

Any difference in the exchange amount will be credited only as store credit.
Example: If you purchase a product for ₹2000 and exchange it for a product worth ₹1900, the ₹100 difference will be issued as store credit.
RETURN POLICY

A flat fee of ₹150 will be applied to all returns, regardless of the number of items being returned from that order. This fee covers the cost of reverse shipping and will be deducted from your refund.
Example: If you return multiple items from the same order, the total return fee remains ₹150.
- Prepaid Orders: You may choose to receive your refund either as Store Credit or via Original Payment Method.
- COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be provided as Store Credit, UPI, or Bank Transfer.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Original Shipping and COD charges are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after the return item passes our quality check at the warehouse, and may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider timelines.
Single Request Rule: All returns and exchange requests for the same order must be placed together at the same time. Requests cannot be raised on separate days. If a request is raised separately on a different day, Bird Eye reserves the right to charge an additional fee of ₹150.
PICKUP & SHIPPING RULES

Reverse Pickup: Arranged only in serviceable areas covered by our courier partner.

Non-Serviceable Areas: Customers must self-ship, unless otherwise agreed by Bird Eye.

Pick Up Attempts: A maximum of 2 attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the request will be cancelled.
GENERAL CONDITIONS

- To process claims for damaged, defective, or missing items, a clear, uncut unboxing video of the original package is mandatory. Claims without valid video proof or any other evidence, may not be entertained. Bird Eye shall have the sole discretion in this regard.
- Requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
- The Grab & Go Tote is not eligible for returns and exchanges.
- Bird Eye reserves the right to deny any exchange or return if the product fails QC or if the policy terms are not met.
- Products sent to our warehouse without an approved return or exchange request will not be accepted or refunded.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped from our warehouse. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible and returns must be initiated after delivery as per this return policy.
