Bird Eye Returns & Exchange Policy

Size issues? Damage issues? Changed your mind last minute? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Bird Eye makes returns and exchanges simple, transparent, and easy.

We offer exchanges and returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return request has been accepted by our team, you will receive a notification on your registered email, and your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24–48 hours.

Exchange Policy

  • One-Time Free Exchange: Each order is eligible for a one-time free size/product exchange.
  • Second Exchange: A flat fee of ₹200 will apply for a second exchange request on the same order.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains, perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks. Tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock. If unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • Discount Clause: Any discounts applied to the original purchase will not be carried forward to exchanged items. The exchange will be billed at the full price of the new item.
  • Price Difference: Any difference in the exchange amount will be credited only as store credit. For example, if you purchase a product for ₹2000 and exchange it for a product worth ₹1900, the ₹100 difference will be issued as store credit.


Return Policy

  • A flat fee of ₹150 will be applied to all returns. This fee covers shipping costs and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Prepaid Orders: You may choose to receive your refund either as Store Credit or via your Original Payment Method.
  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be provided only as Store Credit, UPI, or Bank Transfer.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping and COD fees are strictly non-refundable.


Sale & Promotional Orders

  • Items purchased during Diwali Sales or Flash deals are not eligible for returns.
  • A one-time size exchange is permitted for such items, subject to stock.
  • Refunds will not be processed for promotional items.


Pickup & Shipping Rules

  • Reverse Pickup: Arranged only in serviceable areas covered by our courier partners.
  • Non-Serviceable Areas: Customers must self-ship.
  • Pickup Attempts: A maximum of 2 attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the request will be cancelled.
  • Single Pickup Rule: All return and exchange requests for the same order must be booked together and sent back in one pickup. 


General Conditions

  • Requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
  • The Grab & Go Tote is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Bird Eye reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the product fails QC or if the policy terms are not met.
  • Products sent to our warehouse without an approved return/exchange request will not be accepted or refunded.
